We are accepting Construction & Demolition debris and commercial waste at our facility located at 234 Easthampton Road (Route 10) Northampton. All dumping takes place inside our 14,000 sq. ft. building, out of the weather on a concrete floor.
Our mission is to sort, then divert, reuse, and recycle as much material as possible, minimizing the waste that goes to the landfill. Waste banned materials such as wood, paper, cardboard, metal, concrete, and asphalt, along with other materials are eliminated from the waste stream. Construction, Demolition and Commercial Waste Pricing:
Pricing is $160.00 per ton with a minimum charge of $25.00 over the scale. The minimum is charged for any load weighing less than 280lbs.

Asbestos, asbestos containing materials or hazardous material cannot be accepted at this facility.
​
Scaled waste ban items subject to up charges, includes:
CRTVs, mattresses & box springs, Freon units, propane tanks, and tires.
Yard Waste
Yard waste and small branches 4" or less in diameter and 4' or less, do not go over the scale. Follow the arrows next to the green building to the residential drop-off location.
Leaves, grass clipping, and brush.
Cost per bag:
30 gallon (paper) yard waste bag $2.50
Truck or pickup truck loads:
priced at $15 per yard, and up
Concrete
Clean concrete no larger than 2'x2' and no rebar are accepted at $50.00 per ton with a $25.00 minimum charge.
No red bricks are accepted in concrete loads
