Residential Customers
We are a privately owned small business located in Pioneer Valley, Northampton Massachusetts. You do not have to be a resident of Northampton to come here. Anyone is welcome during business hours.
Residential Bag / Recycling Drop Off:
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday
Stay to the right after entering the property, there are arrows and cones next to the green building to direct you to the residential drop off area. It will open up to 3 lanes behind the building. Follow staffs directions for what lane to pull into and there are 3 units on each side to get rid of your trash, (OCC) Carboard/mixed paper, newspaper, and comingled Bottles and Cans.

For our customers using the scale:
Scale hours are: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM Saturday
We currently have 2 scales with traffic flowing in both directions.
Please follow the signs for inbound and outbound scales. Pull onto the the scale if the scale is clear, no need to wait for a green light to get onto the scale. Wait on the scale until you get a green light, then proceed down to the blue building and staff will direct you.

$25.00 minimum to use the scale. All Prices subject to future changes. We accept cash, business checks, and all major credit cards.
Before using the scale with a rental vehicle you have to come to the office in the green building prior to scaling in and drop off a credit or debit card.
